    Sue Bennett, CFE, Co-Founder / CEO

    Sue Bennett - FranFinders Sue has always enjoyed serving others in her various roles as a business owner and employee. Her broad business background includes experience in the financial services, insurance and real estate industries.

    She also authored a book, Jumpstart Your Life, 401 Ideas to a Winning Attitude, and inspired hundreds of individuals with her upbeat messages.

    Sue has spent her lifetime pursuing her dreams, but more importantly, she’s committed her time and knowledge to encourage others to become successful business owners.

    Education: BS from Nazareth College of Rochester, NY; Major in Business Administration, Graduated in top 10% of class.

    Personal Mission: “Use my talents to help improve the lives of others by mentoring them to launch successful businesses.”

    Robert Bennett, CFE, Co-Founder

    Rob Bennett - FranFinders Rob had served in the corporate-world for 18 years filling various technical capacities, from structural design to project engineer. His experience lends to FranFinders strategic planning, systems design and optimization.

    Education: BS from Michigan State University, Packaging Science; Rochester Institute of Technology, graduate coursework; Holds GA and NC real estate licenses.

    Personal Mission: "To help others to be the best that they can be."

    Personal Interests: Spending time with family, fly fishing and traveling.

    Personal Message: "I'd like to encourage those who have been looking to change, for something different in their life, to go for it! Your greatest accomplishment, is to have a dream and pursue it. When I was let go from my job, at first I felt that I let my family and myself down, but I soon realized it was the turning point for me to pursue my dream of business ownership.     Chet Burge: Accounting

    Chet Burge - Accounting Chet is a Certified Public Accountant with over 23 years of experience working with individuals, as well as small and large businesses assisting them with their financial, accounting, and tax needs. Chet began his career in the Atlanta office of Price Waterhouse (now Price Waterhouse Coopers) and spent over five years in the audit and assurance practice serving businesses throughout the Southeast. After leaving PWC, Chet spent the next fifteen years in various finance positions with Atlanta companies, serving in the roles of Controller, VP of Finance and Chief Financial Officer. In January 2008, Chet fulfilled his desire to return to public accounting and joined the firm of Lewis & Company and most recently became the Managing Partner of the firm which is now known as Burge & Associates, PC.

    Chet is a member of the Georgia Society of CPAs and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. He is a graduate of Bob Jones University in Greenville, SC with a bachelors degree in accounting. Chet, his wife Lee Beth, and their four children are long time residents of Decatur, GA where they are very active in their church, local schools and community..

    Rocco Fiorentino: Funding - 401K/IRA Rollover

    Rocco Fiorentino - Funding Rocco Fiorentino, CFE Chief Executive Officer, Benetrends, brings more than 25 years of franchise industry experience as President and CEO of Benetrends.     Charles Kuck: Legal - Immigration

    Emma Farmer: Virtual Assistant Manager

    Emma Farmer - Team Support Emma J. Farmer has over 40 years of professional experience including business ownership, hospitality and education. For the past 5 years, Emma has been managing her own Virtual Assistant franchise - Cybertary. As an Owner and Regional Representative, she manages her own Cybertary office and owns the rights to territory in several counties that span from Charlotte to Raleigh. Emma brings to Cybertary - Charlotte experience in leadership, training and development, team building, human resources, operations, sales and marketing.

    Prior to starting her own business, Emma spent a total of 22 ½ years in the hospitality industry. For 7 ½ years, she worked for SREE Hotels, a successful franchise company in the Charlotte area. She held the titles of General Manager, Director of Revenue Management, Director of Operations and most recently VP of Operations and Sales. Emma spent 15 years working for Marriott International where she held the titles of Director of Sales and Marketing, General Manager and Area General Manager in several different states. Emma is very strong in building, leading, managing, motivating and mentoring professional talent.

    Emma is most proud of her role as a mentor. She has played a pivotal role in the development of numerous associates whom started in hourly or line level positions and are now employed as General Managers or leaders in the hotel industry. Emma holds a degree in Early Childhood Education and has many certifications, certificates of achievement and awards from Marriott International.

    Emma is proud to be married to her husband Ronnie. They have two daughters and a grandson. Emma enjoys traveling and meeting people.
